How do I sign up for your hosting services? |

Very easy. Fill in the order form and settle the payment. We will process your order within 48 hours after received your payment. You may have to submit documentation for Hong Kong domain registration. |

What will the process be for ordering web hosting service? |
|
After you have submitted the order form, we will confirm your information and send you the bill via email. You will receive a confirmation email about the payment is settled. You will find a URL in the email, open the URL in your browser in order to complete the confirmation process.
You will find two passwords in the confirmation email. One is for your FTP account. You can upload the web pages, images, and files to your web site through FTP. The other one is the password for Web Hosting Manager. Within the Web Hosting Manager you can view your account information, create email accounts, view your website statistics and get the URL of your WebMail, PDAMail and other tools. |

What types of payment are accepted ? |

We accept bank deposit, cheque by mail, and credit card / PayPal payment through PayPal Gateway. We do not charge any handling fee for using credit card payment through PayDollar. Refer to your bill for more information. |

|
No. We are not a hosting reseller. We have our own servers hosted at data centre in Hong Kong. |

You have to update the DNS servers by yourself due to security reason. Login to your domain registrant page and edit the DNS servers. However, you can authorize us to do that and we are glad to do so.
Please notes that it normally takes 12 to 48 hours to complete the update. |

Who is the domain owner when I register the domain name through BEST-VIEW@ |

The owner of the domain is you. However for your convenience we will manage your domain until you request that you have to change your web hosting company. We will send you the password of your domain by email and you have to sign an authorization document. |

Do your web hosting service allows customers to host forums? |
|
Sorry. To provide high quality services and be fair to other customers, we do not allow customers to install and run forums softwares or any other resources hungry software on our servers. Please refer to our service agreement for more information. We suggest our customers who would like to host forums use a dedicated server and colocate it in a data centre. |

I am your existing BV customer and now interested with your new combined storage hosting plan. Can I upgrade my plan to new hosting plan? |
|
Due to the new hosting plan is using new server and using new email server. New email server is not compactable with our current email server. So we cannot migrate your email accounts to new server directly. If you request to upgrade to the new hosting plan, you must agree to download all emails from old server manually by customer and create a new email account in new email server. All emails in old email server will be deleted.
Customer should also download web pages, ftp files and backup mySQL database from old server and upload to new server manually. We will charge $300 if customer need to migrate all these files and database by us (email s are NOT included).
